CELEBRATING CREATIVITY ACROSS OUR ISLANDS: NLIS POETRY COMPETITION

March is a special time for us. It’s National Library Month 2026, and across The Bahamas, we celebrate more than just books—we celebrate imagination, expression, and the voices of our young people.

This year, the NLIS Library Poetry Competition stands out as one of the most exciting opportunities for students across the Family Islands to showcase their creativity and love for language.
